Please read these terms before booking a home visit with IJJANA.

1Acceptance of terms

By using ijjana.com or booking any IJJANA service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. "IJJANA", "we" and "us" refer to IJJANA Advanced Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation.

2Our services

IJJANA provides home visit physiotherapy — a qualified, registered physiotherapist travels to the patient's home and delivers treatment there. Services include:

  • Neck, back and spine pain treatment
  • Sports injury rehabilitation
  • Joint pain and arthritis care
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Neurological rehabilitation (stroke, paralysis, Parkinson's, balance and gait)
  • Geriatric and paediatric physiotherapy
  • Advanced techniques such as dry needling, cupping, IFT, TENS and ultrasound, where clinically appropriate

We currently serve Hyderabad, Warangal and Mahbubnagar in Telangana, and are adding more areas.

3Bookings

  • Book online at ijjana.com/booking.html, by phone on +91 89898 77272, or on WhatsApp.
  • Every booking gets a Booking ID. Please keep it for reference.
  • You may pay a ₹500 advance online to lock your slot, or book without an advance. Bookings without an advance are confirmed by our team by phone, usually within 2 hours during working hours.
  • The visit time you choose is a preference. We confirm the exact time when we call you.
  • We may need to reschedule in unforeseen circumstances (for example therapist illness or severe weather). We will tell you as early as possible.

4Payments

  • Online payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. IJJANA never sees or stores your full card details.
  • Accepted methods: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Any advance you pay is adjusted against your bill.
  • Session fees are collected at the visit and confirmed with a one-time password (OTP) sent to the patient's registered mobile number. Please do not pay a physiotherapist in any way that is not confirmed through IJJANA.

5Home visit safety and OTPs

  • Each session is started and closed with an OTP so you always know an authorised IJJANA physiotherapist is with you.
  • Please share an OTP only with the IJJANA physiotherapist who is physically present for your session.
  • A responsible adult should be at home during the session. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Please provide a safe, reasonably clear space for treatment.

6Patient responsibilities

  • Give accurate personal and medical information, including conditions, allergies, medications and recent surgery.
  • Follow the treatment and home-exercise plan, and tell your physiotherapist about any new pain or symptoms.
  • Be available at the confirmed time, or tell us in advance if you need to change it.

7Medical disclaimer

Physiotherapy complements, and does not replace, diagnosis and treatment by a medical doctor. Content on this website is general information, not medical advice. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.

8Privacy and your data

We collect the details you give us — such as name, phone, address, condition, reports you upload and location you choose to share — to arrange and deliver your care. Data is stored with secure cloud providers and shared only with the physiotherapist and staff involved in your care, or where the law requires. We never sell your data. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by writing to support@ijjana.com.

9Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10Intellectual property

The IJJANA name, "The Gait" logo, text, images and other content on ijjana.com belong to IJJANA. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IJJANA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
