We want this to be fair to you and to the physiotherapist who keeps your slot free and travels to you.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your visit and you get a full refund of any advance you paid.

If you booked without an advance, there is nothing to refund — just let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
3The ₹500 advance
- The advance locks your home visit slot and is fully adjusted in your bill.
- Cancel more than 24 hours ahead: the full ₹500 is refunded to your original payment method.
- Cancel within 24 hours: ₹250 is refunded.
- If you are not at home at the confirmed time and did not tell us, the advance is not refunded.
4Rescheduling
- You can reschedule free of charge, subject to availability, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the visit.
- Reschedule from My Bookings, by WhatsApp or by phone.
- Requests within 24 hours are treated as a late cancellation, but we will always try to help.
5Session packages
- If you cancel a package before the first session, you get a full refund within 7 business days.
- Once sessions have started, packages are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions can be transferred to a family member living at the same address.
- Package sessions are valid for 60 days from the booking date.
6Failed or duplicate payments
- If a payment fails, you are not charged. If money left your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days.
- If you were charged twice for the same booking, we refund the duplicate in full.
- Write to us with your Booking ID and transaction reference and we will check it the same day.
7How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to your original payment method — UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
- Please request a refund within 7 days of the cancellation.
- We process approved refunds in 5–7 business days. Your bank may take 2–3 more days to show it.
Refund timing after we process it depends on your bank. If you don't see it after 10 business days, contact us with your Booking ID.

Prices depend on the condition, treatment and location. Your exact fee is confirmed before your first session. First home session: 20% off.
